Over the course of her career, she has held senior roles at some of South Africa’s most prominent property firms, including Old Mutual Property, Redefine Properties, and Growthpoint Properties, where she consistently delivered operational excellence and long-term asset growth.
At Redefine Properties, Kashiefa successfully led the operations of five flagship retail shopping centres with a combined footprint exceeding 100,000 sqm. At Growthpoint, she expanded her portfolio oversight to more than 28 office parks across the Midrand and Pretoria region. In both capacities, she was accountable for strategic leasing, operational efficiency, risk management, and asset value optimisation—building a 360° perspective on protecting and enhancing property performance.
